Eat heartily and drink merrily this Christmas! One Park Restaurant and Lounge has officially unveiled its special holiday menu. Head Chef Judah Ellis has crafted three delightful options, perfectly balancing Christmas cheer with dishes guaranteed to satisfy the meat lover’s palate.
The holiday journey begins with the regal King’s Christmas Roast, featuring Wagyu striploin paired with truffle brioche pudding and guava red wine jus served with broccolini. Next, there’s Jerk Duck A L’Orange Royal, a crispy jerk duck featuring a tamarind orange glaze, sweet potato fondant, and a sprinkle of cacao nibs. Finally, the Crown Jewel Lamb Rack, herb-crusted lamb, sorrel mint demi-glaze, breadfruit gratin, and rosemary.
What to order from the bar is a no-brainer! There are two signature cocktails: Hibiscus Spritz and Very Merry Fizz.
