KINGSTON, Jamaica — The curfews that have been imposed on Windsor Road/McVickers Lane and March Pen communities in the St Catherine North Police Division have been extended by 48 hours.

The extension of the curfews commenced at 6:00 pm on Friday and will continue until 6:00pm on Sunday December 21.

Windsor Road/McVickers Lane

The boundaries are:

North: From the intersection of Windsor Road, Highway 2000 intersection, travel along Highway 2000 about 1000 m to Old Harbour Road

East: From the intersection of Round-a-bout and Old Harbour Road, travel along Old Harbour about 700m to the intersection of McVickers Lane.

South: From the intersection of McVickers Lane and Old Harbour Road, travel along McVickers Lane continue along Cromarty Drive about 1000m to the intersection of Cromarty Drive and Windsor Road.

West: From the Intersection of Cromarty Drive and Windsor Road travel along Winsor Road about 800m to the intersection of Winsor Road and Highway 2000.

The boundaries of the curfew imposed in March Pen are:

North:From the intersection of Salt Island Road and the Spanish Town Bypass at the stoplight to the intersection of White Church Street and Salt Pond Road in the vicinity of the stoplight traveling about 1.29 kilometres along the Spanish Town Bypass.

East: From to the intersection of White Church Street and Salt Pond Road in the vicinity of the stoplight traveling along Salt Pond Road about 1.23 kilometres to the Toll Road at the bridge.

South: From the Toll Road in the vicinity of the bridge at Salt Pond Road traveling along the toll about 2.77 kilometres to the end of the intersection between Toll Road and Salt Island Road.

West: From the ending of the southern boundary at the intersection of Salt Island Road and Toll Road traveling along Salt Island Roadway about 1.97 kilometres to the beginning of the northern boundary at the intersection of Salt Island Road and the Spanish Town Bypass.
