St Ann police apprehend robbery suspect
KINGSTON, Jamaica — A man suspected of involvement in a robbery in the St Ann Police Division was apprehended on Tuesday during an intelligence-led operation carried out by the St Mary Operation Support Team.
According to the police, the suspect was taken into custody after lawmen acted on information received and intercepted the motor vehicle in which he was travelling. Following an interview, he was handed over to the St Ann Criminal Investigation Branch, where investigations are ongoing.
The St Mary Police Division said it remains committed to its efforts to combat crime and continues to work closely with neighbouring divisions to bring offenders to justice.
