KSA heritage queen captures runner-up title at national competition
ST ANN, Jamaica — Kingston and St Andrew’s Annorah Brown captured the second runner-up title at the inaugural Mini Miss Jamaica Heritage Queen Pageant 2025 held on December 28, 2025, in Ocho Rios, St Ann.
Brown was previously crowned Mini Miss Kingston and St Andrew Heritage Queen earlier in the year.
Supporters of the pageant queen say her advancement to the national stage was driven by experience, as brown is not new to pageantry, and strong support from directors, and family and friends who encouraged her journey.
Although Brown did not receive any sectional prizes, anticipation filled the venue when she was announced among the top five finalists, prompting an eruption of applause from the crowd.
Following the finalists’ victory walk, the winners were revealed: second runner-up, Annorah Brown; first runner-up, Shayde Anderson of Portland; and the inaugural Mini Miss Jamaica Heritage Queen, Athena Whyte of St Mary.
Brown’s achievement stands as a proud moment for Kingston and St Andrew and a testament to her grace, confidence and national appeal on the heritage pageant stage.
