Kingston East police renew appeal for wanted man Kerrin ‘Bones’ Bailey
KINGSTON, Jamaica — The Kingston East police have renewed their appeal to the public for assistance in locating 30-year-old Kerrin Bailey, otherwise known as “Bones”, who is wanted in connection with a fatal shooting in the Jack Vale district of Bull Bay, St Andrew, in November 2025.
According to police reports, about 8:30 pm on November 13, residents in the Jack Vale community heard explosions at a house and alerted the authorities. On arrival, the police found a man and a woman suffering from gunshot wounds.
Both victims were transported to hospital, where 28-year-old Rai-Ronaldo Fry, a truck driver, was pronounced dead. The woman was admitted for treatment and was admitted in stable condition.
Following investigations into the incident, Bailey was identified as a person of interest and was subsequently listed as wanted. The police are urging him to surrender himself immediately to the Elletson Road Police Station.
Bailey’s last known address is Talmania Avenue, Harbour Heights, Kingston 17. Investigators say he also frequents sections of St James, as well as Bull Bay and Harbour View in Kingston.
