I have applied to the Students’ Loan Bureau (SLB) for a loan. I have submitted all the documents through the drop box at the SLB office in Liguanea and have already paid the fees. Could you assist me in finding out if the SLB will require any further documents before the loan is approved?

When Tell Claudienne spoke with the SLB, they confirmed they had received the five documents you were required to submit. The SLB also stated that they would telephone you. The column notes that you visited the bureau’s office on Thursday, 8 January 2025, to finalise the loan requirements.

The SLB advised that to get information on the progress of loan applications, applicants can visit the SLB website. On the home page, under ‘Resume Application/Tracking’, applicants can track the progress of their loans.
