Dunbeholden FC executive management leads beyond JPL
KINGSTON, Jamaica—Driven by the shared vision of the executive management team, Dunbeholden FC continue to prove that its impact extends far beyond the pitch.
Aubyn Henry, chief commercial officer (CCO) of Dunbeholden FC and philanthropist, has been instrumental in shaping the club’s purpose-driven approach, ensuring that football serves as a platform for real, lasting change.
On the ground, vice president Vivian Matthews led the hands-on efforts in Russia, Westmoreland, making sure that help reaches families and businesses struggling to recover from the devastation caused by Hurricane Melissa.
The initiative focused on rebuilding small businesses, allowing residents to regain their livelihoods, while providing essential materials to families working tirelessly to repair their homes and restore a sense of normalcy. Every action was driven by empathy, responsibility, and a genuine commitment to the community.

“When we saw the challenges facing families in Russia, Westmoreland, it was impossible to stay on the sidelines. Football gave us a platform, but compassion gave us purpose. Every effort we make, big or small, is about restoring hope, giving people the chance to rebuild, and reminding them that they are not alone in their journey,” Henry said.
Matthews also reflected on the experience.
“Being there on the ground and meeting families face to face was humbling. Seeing the smiles when a home is restored or a small business reopens reminds us why we do this work. It is about more than providing materials; it is about lifting spirits, creating opportunity, and showing that together, a community can rise stronger after any storm,” he added.
The management of Dunbeholden FC remains committed to displaying that football is more than a game. By combining strategic leadership and hands-on action, the club is helping rebuild lives, strengthen communities, and create a brighter future for those in need, truly extending its influence beyond the Jamaica Premier League.
