St Ann-based music label YGF Records has teased the release of a brand new collaboration with recording artiste Jamal, titled Godspeed
.

Scheduled for release later this month, the track is a collaborative production between YGF Records, CrownbossRecordz, Scotty’s Muzik, and Kai Kai Records.

“This song is an ode to the ladies; simply put, it’s about a lady’s body being perfectly shaped,” producer Tevin Richards shared with the Jamaica Observer.

While the official release date is yet to be announced, the track has already garnered high praise from early listeners. A hit among the ladies, the teaser for
Godspeed is generating attention, and is poised for commercial success.

An official music video for the song is also in the works.

“My hope for this track is to gain more commercial success for Jamal and the label. We have recorded two songs together so far and I’m looking forward to how the general public will receive this new track,” Richards added.

The year 2025 was a successful one for YGF Records, marked by several successful album releases as well as standout live performances by YGF artistes across the US and Canada.

Carrying that momentum into 2026, Richards revealed some plans, building on the label’s growing catalogue of high-quality productions.

“This year, we’re working on Pablo YG’s début album and Jahvillani’s second album. We have some other projects in the pipeline as well, so you can look out for those announcements,” the producer continued.
