Brown’s Town Primary are Big winners!
Principal director of Cause for Change Foundation Limited Richardo Aiken (left) and chief executive officer of VM Foundation, Samantha Charles (second right), present the winning cheque to students of Brown’s Town Primary who won the final of the inaugural Cause for Change Foundation Limited Environmental Quiz and Expo competition; held at Holiday Haven in Runaway Bay, St Ann, on January 13.
The competition, also supported by the Ministry of Education, Skills, Youth and Information, The University of the West Indies Western Campus; and several local sponsors across St Ann, brought together 13 primary schools from the parish and sought to nurture environmental awareness among children, positioning them as ambassadors for sustainable practices at home, school, and in their communities.
