48-hour curfew imposed in Robins Bay and Nutfield communities in St Mary
ST MARY, Jamaica—A 48-hour curfew has been imposed in sections of the Robins Bay and Nutfield communities in the St Mary Police Division.
The curfew took effect from 6:00 pm on Monday, January 19, and will remain in force until 6:00 pm on Wednesday, January 21.
The boundaries of the curfew are as follows:
East: Starting at Point A in a section of Strawberry Field, the boundary runs approximately 603.73 meters east along an imaginary line to Point B, located in Robins Bay Square.
South: From Point B in Robins Bay Square, the boundary extends approximately 595.58 meters south to Point C, situated in a heavily vegetated area at the upper section of Robins Bay.
West: From Point C, the boundary runs approximately 532 meters west along an imaginary line to Point D, located in a vegetated area of Nutfield.
North: From Point D in Nutfield, the boundary continues approximately 575 meters north along an imaginary line back to Point A in Strawberry Field, completing the curfew perimeter.
Residents within the affected area are being reminded that all individuals must remain inside their premises during the curfew period unless otherwise authorised by the police.
