Kishane Thompson and Clayton twins confirmed for Sweden meet
KINGSTON, Jamaica — World Championships 100m silver medallists Kishane Thompson and Tina Clayton, as well as her twin sister Tia, have been confirmed for Thursday’s BAUHAUS-galan Indoor in Stockholm, Sweden.
The Jamaicans were listed on the start lists for the meet which is part of the World Athletics Indoor Tour Silver series on Monday.
Tia Clayton, a finalist in the women’s 100m at the Olympic Games in Paris in 2024, is the world leader in the 60m after she ran a personal best 7.02 seconds (1.2m/s) at the Anderson/Fuller meet at GC Foster on Saturday.
Thompson also won his event, running 6.52 seconds, joint third best in the world.
