Fast Track To Love

Fast Track To Love

Esonia Warren and Dalton Stewart’s connection was swift and certain. Unlike a slow-burn romance, they knew their love story would end in happily-ever-after.

A spark ignited in July 2025 when Esonia and Dalton were introduced by a mutual friend; it was love at first sight! Esonia was immediately captivated by his humour. “My first impression was that he was very modest, respectful, and funny when he said he would do whatever it takes to win me over,” Esonia shared with Tuesday Style Vows (TSV).

From their first date, the couple’s shared interests immediately connected, fulfilling a long-held personal goal for both. While the mutual attraction was instant, it was the speed at which Esonia realised she had met her soulmate that truly surprised her.

“We started our relationship about two months after we met. I realised he was the one because on any given day, he was the one occupying my thoughts and couldn’t wait to see him or hear his voice. It’s like he was my addiction,” Esonia expressed.

Reaching the altar was a forgone conclusion for the pair. Their commitment was so strong that they agreed the usual formalities of a traditional proposal were simply not needed. “There was no big proposal, we just knew we were going to get married,” Esonia said.

Their quickly forged bond made it perfectly appropriate that their dream wedding was held with swift perfection at Sandals Ocho Rios on October 17, 2025. Not even the torrential rainfall that swept through just an hour before the ceremony could dampen the spirits of the occasion. As the sun began to set, Esonia, radiant in a creation by Azzire, was escorted up the aisle by her father, Richard West, to Major’s This Is Why I Love You. Dalton waited patiently to exchange vows in the service officiated by Donna Calnick.

The celebrations continued at the reception, where dinner was followed by toasts and tributes honouring the happy couple. The crowd was moved to tears by a truly poignant tribute from matron of honour Lisa Harris, whose heartfelt voice note was played for the attendees, as she was unavoidably absent.

Following the tributes, Esonia and Dalton cut their two-tiered wedding cake, provided by the hotel, before opening the dance floor to Van Morrison’s Into the Mystic.

The newly-weds honeymooned at Sandals Ocho Rios.
