Sangster airport reports several flight cancellations due to winter storm

ST JAMES, Jamaica — MBJ Airports Limited (MBJ), operators of Sangster International Airport (SIA), is reporting that some flight operations have been cancelled or delayed due to the winter storm affecting some areas in the United States.

In a release on Saturday evening, it said the following are confirmed cancellations for scheduled arriving and departing flights at Sangster International for Sunday, January 25, and Monday, January 26, 2026.

In the meantime, it reported one cancellation so far for Monday, January 26 — JetBlue Airlines flight B6 779, which was scheduled to arrive from JFK.

Passengers are urged to contact their airlines for updates and rebooking.
