Scotia client waits 5 months for response —Tell Claudienne delivers quick fix
Dear Claudienne,
I have been trying to get information on my account at Scotia Investments. After making attempts through the call centre, I was able to get the name of my representative. I have contacted the representative by phone and email, but she has become unresponsive and my issue has not been resolved.
My first email to the representative was on September 19, 2025. Her last email was on October 2nd, 2025, and my last email to her was on October 14, 2025. Since then, I have made weekly attempts to contact her through the call centre, and they say they’ll send her or her supervisor a message, but I still get no response.
