FosRich appoints Marlene Street Forrest to board
KINGSTON, Jamaica — FosRich Company Limited has appointed Marlene Street Forrest to its board of directors, effective January 9, 2026, adding one of Jamaica’s most influential capital market leaders to its governance team.
Street Forrest, who recently retired as managing director of the Jamaica Stock Exchange (JSE), is the exchange’s longest-serving chief executive.
During her tenure, she played a central role in reshaping Jamaica’s capital markets, including the expansion of the Junior Market and efforts to broaden shareholder participation across the economy.
Her leadership at the JSE coincided with a period of rapid growth in listed companies and increased access to equity financing for small and medium-sized businesses, developments that helped deepen the local capital market.
Street Forrest has received several national and international honours for her contribution to financial and national development, including the Order of Distinction (Commander Class) and the Order of Jamaica for exceptional service.
FosRich said it expects her experience and strategic insight to strengthen board effectiveness and support the company’s long-term growth objectives as it continues to expand its footprint in Jamaica’s building and lighting solutions market.
