Abigail Beale kisses her five-month-old son, Amir Whyte, as she celebrates graduating from the Courtleigh Hospitality Academy last Friday. The Jamaica Pegasus human resources team member was among 54 participants who completed the four-month Supervisory Management Level 3 diploma programme, in partnership with HEART/NSTA Trust, and were topping off the experience at their graduation ceremony held at the Jamaica Pegasus in New Kingston. The initiative provides staff from both the Courtleigh and Jamaica Pegasus hotels with the opportunity to earn professional certifications, fostering significant career development.
