SAINT International’s Naki Depass books Lafayette 148’s Spring 2026 campaign
SAINT International model Naki Depass continues to make waves internationally, having been selected to appear in the Spring 2026 advertising campaign for American luxury fashion brand Lafayette 148.
The beauty from Vere, Clarendon stars in the just-landed advertising campaign for Lafayette 148’s Spring 2026 collection of its latest womenswear arrivals.
Depass sports a gamut of looks from the leather moto jacket and matte crepe knit shirt jacket to grid plaid crepe clark wide leg pants and a finesse crepe shirtdress.
On the phone from chilly 33-degree Jersey City, Depass told Observer Online she was lensed for the Lafayette campaign back in October with photographer Dan Martensen and stylist Sasha Kelly.
“I had a great time working with Dan and the Lafayette team. We were shooting in the streets of Soho in the city which was fun as I’ve always loved location shoots,” said the SAINT star, who is also a Class of 2020 graduate of the University of the West Indies with an accounting degree.
Of her latest fashion assignment for the 20-year-old brand that retails high-end womenswear clothing, footwear and accessories, Depass admitted, “I love their clothes as it’s both chic and classy and there were outfits I would most definitely wear personally.”
Lafayette was launched in 1996 by Deirdre Quinn Shun Yen Siu and Ida Siu. It was named after its founding address in New York’s Soho neighbourhood at 148 Lafayette Street.
Turning attention to the current Arctic blast weather that has resulted in icy-cold conditions, Depass shared, “Let’s just say my body was built for summer or, even spring I don’t mind. But, the wintery cold weather I’m not a fan of and never will be.”
This year marks Depass’ decade-long journey as an international model, as she made her runway debut for Burberry’s Fall/Winter 2016 show, shortly after being scouted by SAINT Chief Executive Officer Deiwght Peters.
“It truly feels so surreal looking back on all the things I’ve accomplished over the years,” she reflected. “Even the fact that I’m still going and still have so much more to accomplish, I’m incredibly grateful. It feels just like yesterday Deiwght was taking me to London for my debut. Ten years have gone by so fast.”
Up next for Depass is New York Fashion Week that kicks off next Wednesday, February 11, 2026.
