Two women killed, man wounded in Rocky Point gun attack
CLARENDON, Jamaica — Detectives have yet to establish a motive following Monday night’s double murder of a mother and her daughter as well as the wounding of a man in a gun attack at a bar in Rocky Point, Clarendon.
Police named the murder victims as fish vendors Norma Spence, 61, and Kerry Ann Scott, 41.
A police report said about 8:45 pm the women and man were at a bar in Rocky Point when three gunmen pounced and opened fire hitting the three people.
The gunmen then reportedly escaped on foot.
The injured people were taken to hospital where Spence and Scott were pronounced dead on arrival and the man admitted for treatment.
