Dancehall stars Popcaan and Moyann release collaboration
KINGSTON, Jamaica — International dancehall superstar Popcaan has released a raunchy collaborative effort with dancehall star Moyann.
The song entitled “Sunday” was produced by Anju Blaxx and was released on Valentine’s Day on Popcaan’s Vevo page.
The single which peaked at number one on the Reggae itunes singles chart has many musical pundits excited about the prospects of it becoming a mainstream success. Both artistes have been busy promoting the single as well as making their regular local and international rounds.
The Montego Bay-based Moyann has been working extensively to grow her brand of late and has also been touring alongside the likes of Massicka and others. She recently released a well received EP and is said to have a new music release pending.
Moyann has previously collaborated with the likes of Shenseea, Teejay, Tommylee Sparta, Malie Donn and Chronic Law. She is also known for solo efforts such as A Nuh My Style, Net Flixxx N Chill, Meech Out and Fren Dem Good. Her latest collaboration entitled “Sunday” is currently available on all major digital platforms and has peaked at number one on the iTunes reggae singles chart.
