Prep Time: 15 mins
Cooking Time: 5 mins
Ingredients
Shrimp
16-20 super jumbo shrimp
1 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp toasted sesame oil
1 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
1 tbsp chilli crisp
1 tsp honey
1 tsp onion powder
1/4 cup garlic, minced

1 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
1 tbsp butter (room temperature)
1 tbsp cilantro, chopped
1 tbsp chilli crisp

Chopped scallion
Method
1. In a bowl, add all of the shrimp ingredients and mix well. Allow the shrimp to marinate in the fridge for a few hours.
2. When ready to cook, heat a grill on high heat.
3. While the grill heats, add the sauce ingredients to a bowl large enough to hold all of the shrimp and mix well until the butter has been fully incorporated.
4. Spray the grill with non-stick cooking spray and grill for 2 minutes on each side.
5. Remove the shrimp from the grill and add directly to the sauce bowl and toss well until all of the shrimp has been coated.
6. Plate the shrimp and add the chopped scallion.
