Gas prices up $3.06, $4.50, diesel up $4.50
KINGSTON, Jamaica — Motorists should see an increase at the pumps in the price of gasoline effective Thursday, March 5, according to the latest ex-refinery costs from Petrojam.
90-octane will be sold for $ 161.82 per litre after an increase of $4.50, while 87-octane will be sold for $154.38 per litre, up by $3.06.
Automotive diesel fuel will be sold for $ 166.75 per litre after an increase of $4.50, and ultra-low sulphur diesel will be sold for $ 173.59 per litre, up $4.50.
Kerosene increased by $4.50 and will be sold for $ 156.145 per litre.
Propane liquid petroleum will be sold for $ 70.93 per litre, up $1.63, and butane liquid petroleum will be sold for $ 80.15per litre, up $3.06.
Marketing companies and retailers will add their respective mark-ups to these price
