#Champs2026: St Jago’s Page stamp wins boys Class 1 110m hurdles
KINGSTON, Jamaica — St Jago High’s Marquies Page strode to victory in an impressive 13.06 seconds (-1.3m/s) in the boys Class 1 110m hurdles final on Saturday at the ISSA/GraceKennedy Boys and Girls Athletic Championships at the National Stadium.
Despite being issued a warning after the race was recalled, Page, who had broken the meet record in Friday’s semifinals with 12.98 seconds, was no match for the field.
Kingston College’s Brandon Bennett was second in 13.62 seconds and Calabar High’s Divondrae Matthews was third with 13.76 seconds.
Hydel High’s Robert Miller won the Class 1 gold medal after running 13.41 seconds to beat Calabar High’s Dijon Swaine— 13.48 seconds, while Taj-Oneil Gordon of Kingston College took the bronze with 13.59 seconds.
William Knibb Memorial’s Jamali Laing won the Class 3 100m hurdles with 13.07 seconds (-1.3m/s), just holding off Jamaica College’s Adrian Phillips with 13.12 seconds, with Alex Lewis of Calabar third with 13.46 seconds.
