Chronic Law and Pimpdon Records climb to number 4 on US itunes reggae chart

Dancehall star Chronic Law and producer Pimpdon Records have many reasons to celebrate at present, considering the fact that their single has leaped to number 4 on the coveted USA reggae itunes singles chart in less than two weeks since its release.

The single entitled “Millionaire Badness” is placed in elite company with numbers three to one being shared among the legendary Bob Marley, the diamond selling Shaggy and dancehall queen Spice. According to the producer Lloyd Thompson of Pimpdon Records, he is not surprised by the success of the song.

“Is like me just have a knack of identifying concepts that people can relate to or aspire to. I am grateful for the support but mi nuh surprised cause me ting mad musically. When me a do music I aim to ensure seh di quality is on par with or better than what me a hear a road yuh zimmie” stated Thompson.

The accompanying music video has already amassed over 330,000 streams on YouTube in only 11 days since its release. According to Thompson, social media is buzzing with excitement about the single.

“Right now every scroll me scroll me see di ting. It a shot and it will only get better from here. Thanks to every one for the strength,” he   stated.

The label (Pimpdon Records) has also worked with other established acts such as Vershon, Top Banks, 1 Biggs Don, Xcappe and Fido.
