Man chopped to death in Cobbla, Manchester
MANCHESTER, Jamaica — Three people are in police custody following the chopping death of a man in the Cobbla district in north east Manchester on Wednesday night.
Police identified the murder victim as Otis Moore, 30, otherwise called “Juju”, a resident of Cobbla.
Police said about 10:00 pm, Moore was involved in a dispute, allegedly over money he owed for a car rental, when he was attacked on a roadway in Cobbla and chopped multiple times. He was taken to hospital where he was pronounced dead on arrival.
The three suspects were subsequently arrested pending further investigation.
