Newsflash! The way to a man’s heart is no longer through food!
FOR decades we have been hearing that the way to a man’s heart is through his stomach. But like the constant changes in technology, this concept seems to have also changed as men are no longer staying in relationships simply because their women are wonderful cooks who can satisfy their insatiable appetites.
Here’s what your men said when All Woman asked what a woman could do to woo her way into a man’s heart.
* “Simple things do it for me,” Grant D, married for 21 years, said. “I love to see my woman wearing my shirt when I come home in the evenings, preferably with nothing at all underneath.”
* “Kindness,” Clarence Gordon, married for four years, said. “When I don’t have to ask for certain things to be done, like ask her to cook my favourite dish; when she asks how my day was; makes a cup of tea; rubs my back without me having to ask for it — the simple things. If she does those things, she has me weak!”
* “She would have to prove her kindness,” Andre Manning said. “She should show how much she cares and do the little things she knows I would appreciate — things like being there when I need her the most, and doing all the things that make a man complete.”
* “It doesn’t require much to get to my heart,” Andy Scott, married for eight years, said. “Just be yourself and be a sweetheart — whatever you want for yourself that’s what I would want you to do for me. Example, if she gets up in the morning and feels hungry, it means I must be hungry too, so if she looks about something for herself, look about something for me too. She should know how she would like to be treated in a certain situation so if she sees me in a similar situation, that is what she should do for me. As manly as I am, I demand comfort. That is the easiest way to get to my heart — comfort, the rest will fall into place.”
* “If she truly respects me and shows me that she loves me in the simple things that she does, then that does it for me,” 22-year-old Richardo Peynado says. “She has to be loving, kind and caring.”
* “Once my woman shows me that she trusts me then that means the world to me,” David G said. “Her trusting me is the way to my heart. That really means a lot to me.”
