Kingston Bridal Week Market and Fashion Show (Pt 2)

For every bride, there is a perfect wedding dress waiting to be fitted, be it a romantic ball gown, a chic sheath, or a form-fitting mermaid gown.

The recently held Kingston Bridal Week and Fashion Show at the Toyota Jamaica Showroom afforded betrothed couples and those yearning for that special day the opportunity to not only deliberate on a wide variety of Petals & Promises wedding gowns and tuxedos, but also bridesmaids dresses by Sandi’s Selections, concluding with options for the resort honeymoon courtesy of Suzette Rickman’s collection, labelled ‘Likkle but Tallawah’. The 11-hour bridal extravaganza witnessed over 30 of Jamaica’s leading bridal vendors displaying all things matrimonial. Indeed, if a couple had opted to get married right there and then, it would have been quite possible; from invitation tokens, to reception tablescape options and souvenir treats, the only element missing was the officiant! There were, too, a few surprise competitions which required couples to re-enact their moments of proposal in affectionate ways.

Vows makes its final stop inside the showroom.
