The ex back-up plan
Many people are guilty of this – keeping in contact with their exes just in case their current relationships fail. But you should know that there are consequences to holding on. Holding on to an ex means that you will never be free to totally experience a loving and fulfilling relationship. In order for you to truly experience love, you have to release the baggage from your past, which means cutting ties from your ex and eliminating all communication.
How would you react to your man/woman communicating with their exes?Tracy:If my current man is still communicating with his ex and I found out, it would be a serious problem.TM:Keeping in touch with an ex simply means you are not totally free from your past and that will surely affect your current relationship.Tina:I would probably walk away from my man if I found out he was still talking with his ex even if is just hello. It is always best to get your facts together before you assume and possibly kill a good relationship.
