The trustee of Sagicor Long-Term Incentive Plan sold a total of 1,108,467 shares of Sagicor Group Jamaica Limited (SJ) to 29 executives on May 17 who exercised their stock option plans. The trustee of the SLJ Employee Share Purchase Plan sold 4,000 SJ shares to eligible team members on May 11. An executive of SJ sold 72,000 shares on May 13 while another executive sold 329,093 SJ shares to another executive on May 16 for a consideration of $18.10 million. A senior manager of Barita Investments Limited acquired 79,839 shares on May 16 under the company’s employee stock ownership plan. A connected party of PanJam Investments Limited purchased 1,504 shares on May 17. A director of EduFocal Limited purchased 29,000 shares on May 18. A related entity of Supreme Ventures Limited purchased 112,119 shares for a consideration of $3.36 million.
Salada Foods Jamaica Limited has declared a dividend of $0.055 to be paid on June 22 to shareholders on June 3. This payment totals $57.14 million.
