Director and Executive Changes

Mariame McIntosh Robinson resigned as a director of Key Insurance Company Limited on July 15.

James Morrison resigned as a director of Access Financial Services Limited, effective June 30. Morrison was the chairman of the audit and risk management and corporate governance committees.

Claudine Campbell Bryan resigned as the JMMB Group country compliance officer and deputy company secretary for JMMB Group Limited, and its Jamaican subsidiaries, effective September 2. She also resigned as company secretary for JMMB Insurance Brokers Limited on the same date.

Damani Brown has been appointed as the technical services manager at tTech Limited effective July 13.

Market Sales and Events

A director of Sagicor Group Jamaica Limited sold 39,328 shares on July 12 for $2.16 million while an executive sold 20,000 shares on July 13 for $1.1 million. A connected party of Panjam Investments Limited sold 258,001 shares at $64.30, for a consideration of $16.59 million, to five executive members under the company’s long-term incentive plan through stock grants. A director of Jamaica Broilers Group Limited purchased 76,038 shares at $28 for a consideration of $2.13 million on July 13 while another director purchased 563,939 shares at $28 for a consideration of $15.79 million on July 12.

Productive Business Solutions Limited has declared a dividend of $124,741,232.99 on its 9.75 preference shares to be paid on July 29 to shareholders on record as of June 29.

Supreme Ventures Limited will consider a dividend tomorrow morning at its board meeting.
