Executive & Director Appointments

Mark Green has been appointed to the role of chief operating officer of EduFocal Limited effective April 24.

Andres Lorenzo has been appointed a director of Carreras Limited on April 24.

Arturo Rodriguez Lordmendez resigned as a director of The West Indian Tobacco Company Limited on April 26.

Dr Terrence Farrell has retired as a director of Republic Financial Holdings Limited with Colin Soo Ping Chow joining the board on May 1.

Market Sales & Events

A connected party of QWI Investments Limited purchased 6,503 shares on April 21.

Victoria Mutual Investments Limited and EduFocal Limited’s 2022 audited financials have been delayed again with the new expected submission date for May 5 and May 12, respectively.

Caribbean Cream Limited and iCreate Limited’s 2022 audited financials have been delayed and should be submitted by May 31.

Berger Paints Jamaica Limited, General Accident Insurance Company Jamaica Limited, IronRock Insurance Company Limited, Productive Business Solutions Limited and Regency Petroleum Company Limited 2022 annual reports have been delayed and should be submitted by June 13.

Massy Holdings Limited and GraceKennedy Limited will consider interim dividend payments on May 10 and 11, respectively.

Eppley Limited and Eppley Caribbean Property Fund Limited SCC – Value Fund will be considering dividend payments on May 12. Image Plus Consultants Limited will consider a dividend on May 16.

Kingston Properties Limited has declared a dividend of US$0.00075 to be paid on May 30 to shareholders on record as of March 11. This payment totals US$663,000.

Supreme Ventures Limited has declared a dividend of $0.2394 to be paid on August 15 to shareholders on record as of May 12. This payment totals $631.36 million.

Ansa McAl Limited has received final regulatory approval from the Central Bank of The Bahamas to complete its acquisition of a 25 per cent stake in Bahamian Brewery & Beverage Company Limited (BBBCL). This represents 114,402 ordinary shares, which is set to cost BDS$8.50 million (US$4.25 million).
