Dolla Financial Services

Kenroy Kerr took over as interim chief executive officer (CEO) of Dolla Financial Services on July 28 following the resignation of Kadeen Mairs. Xesus Johnston and Andrea Whittaker have been invited to join Dolla’s board of directors subject to regulatory approval.

Pan Jamaica Group

Allan Ward was appointed a director of Pan Jamaica Group Limited on August 11 following the resignation of Joanna Banks as a director on July 31.

Sagicor Group Jamaica

Jeffrey Hall was appointed to the boards of Sagicor Group Jamaica Limited, Sagicor Life Jamaica Limited, Sagicor Bank Jamaica Limited and Sagicor Investments Limited effective July 1, subject to regulatory approval. This follows the resignation of Joanna Banks on June 30 from those other boards as she was set to be appointed to her executive role at Sagicor Group on July 17.

Christian Llanos was appointed as a director of Berger Paints Jamaica Limited on August 4 to fill the vacancy resulting from the resignation of Ray Sumairsingh on the same date.

Toni Cooke resigned as chief operating officer and deputy chief executive officer of iCreate Limited effective June 30. This comes after she was appointed to the role on February 9.

Ian Kent Levy resigned as the chairman of JFP Limited with Lisa Simone Bell taking over the role on June 30. Levy was appointed prior to JFP’s February 2022 initial public offering.

Craig Robinson has resigned as the Sampars general manager of Derrimon Trading Company Limited effective July 7.

Sabrina Cooper was appointed a director of the Jamaica Stock Exchange Limited on July 19, which comes a year following the resignation of Dr Adrian Stokes.

Norman Chen was appointed the chief executive officer of tTech Limited on July 27.

Sheila Segree-White was appointed the executive vice-president of human resources for the Bank of Nova Scotia Jamaica Limited effective August 1.

Robert Almeida was appointed the chairman of Guardian Holdings Limited effective August 4 and takes over from Patrick Hylton.

Imega Breese McNab was appointed the legal and external affairs manager of Carreras Limited on August 8, which was last held by Cammeca Cookhorn in May 2022. Breese McNab was the PSOJ executive director prior to joining Carreras.

Kimloy Walker has resigned as the compliance manager of Caribbean Assurance Brokers Limited effective August 9.

Phillip Armstrong was appointed as a non-executive director of Kingston Wharves Limited effective August 10.
