I am a Dekal Wireless Network site owner. This means that I had an agreement with the company that allowed them to place their equipment on my roof for a monthly fee.

After hearing on the news some years ago that Flow had acquired Dekal and would now be paying site owners, I went to their office.

The Flow office informed me that my name was on the list of site owners that Dekal gave them. I collected from Flow for a while but last year I learned that the company had decommisioned the service of Dekal Wireless Network.

Because I have been overseas for the past few years I was unable to collect the fees Flow owed me.

Whenever my representative tried to collect the fees, she would get the runaround. When I tried to make contact with the managers I would also get the runaround.

I also tried to make contact with Dekal but, to no avail.

In January 2023 I was able to make contact with someone who lives in Port Antonio and learned that Dekal is no longer in existence. I was told that a Flow office now occupies the space where the Dekal office used to be located in Port Antonio.

Flow has not communicated with me in respect of the Dekal/Flow equipment (pole) on my roof that is powered by electricity from a panel in my garage.

I am requesting notification from Flow as to when the pole and electricity panel will be removed.

Your assistance in this matter is appreciated.

Tell Claudienne has been in communication with Flow and notes that the equipment on your roof was removed on January 26.

You were informed by Flow to give your representative a letter authorising the company to give her the cheque for the fees owed to you. We note that you have now received a cheque for the amount owed to you.
