Seniors get empowered with online safety tips
Senior citizens experienced an informative and empowering online safety session on Tuesday, February 21 at Flow’s Safer Internet Seniors’ Forum at Emancipation Park. As part of its year-long internet safety programme, Connected and Protected, the Seniors’ Forum encouraged digital integration in the lives of the elderly while making them aware of online risks and how to respond to them. The forum also included a Tech 101 session which covered some of the fundamentals of operating a smartphone.
