Tips on managing stress

How many times have you said ‘mi stress out’? We all have to deal with stress on a daily basis. Stress is the wear and tear our bodies experience as we adjust to our changing environment.
In life we cannot avoid all stress so the goal is not to eliminate stress, but learn how to manage it.
Here are some tips on how to deal with stress
1) Practise deep breathing exercises
2) Practise healthy sleep patterns. Try to maintain at least seven hours of sleep per night
3) Try to eat three healthy meals per day
4) Exercise. Even low impact exercises like walking, taking the stairs instead of the elevator can make a big difference.
Make the time to unwind, try to do safe activities that you enjoy. So, don’t stress. Take some time today for yourselves.
