KINGSTON, Jamaica — The National Dance Theatre Company (NDTC) says it will be paying tribute to esteemed musical director, Majorie Whylie during its 4th staging of “The Music of the NDTC.”

NDTC in its release, said the evening promises to be a “captivating showcase of the NDTC’s musical journey, featuring popular suites from former musical director Ewan Simpson and the newly appointed successor, Dr Kathy Brown.”
The programme will also include a musical tribute to Whylie, highlighting her impact on the company. The performance will feature “Kumina”, a seminal work arranged by Whylie in collaboration with the late Rex Nettleford.
Tickets for the tribute convert are available at the Little Theatre Box Office for $4,000 pre-sale and $4,500 at the gate.
