Cambridge beat Boys Club to move fourth in Sandals Major League
MONTEGO BAY, St James — Cambridge FC took over fourth place in the St James Football Association Sandals Resorts International Major League after beating winless Montego Bay Boys Club 4-1 in a return-round game at the UDC Field on Friday.
Cambridge FC moved into a semi-final spot as they are tied with third-place Lilliput Rovers on 16 points, both from nine games.
Despite losing their first game of the season on Thursday 2-0 to Flanker FC, Reggae Youths are still in the lead on 22 points, two more than Flanker FC, with Granville FC in fifth place on 13 points.

On Friday, Kemario Murdock scored in the 22nd minute and Anthony France in the 43rd as Cambridge FC led 2-0 at half-time.
Damion James made it 3-0 when he scored in the 52nd minute before Owen Cox pulled a goal back for Boys Club in the 58th minute.
Romario Lewis, however, restored Cambridge FC’s three-goal margin when he got his second of the season in the 80th minute.
On Thursday, Reggae Youths’s passage to the semi-finals was slowed after they lost for the first time as Flanker FC avenged their first-round 3-1 loss.
Danique Clarke gave Flanker FC the lead in the seventh minute, scoring his joint -eading fifth goal before Tevin Fuller scored a second goal in the 27th minute to cement Flanker FC’s fifth win of the season.
