More Tiger Woods drama

People Post

A woman was rushed by ambulance to hospital from Tiger Woods’ home in the early hours of Tuesday.

Emergency services were called to the golfer’s Florida £1.7m mansion, where he has been hiding since a raft of sordid revelations about his private life.

TV cameras then followed an ambulance to the Health Central Hospital in Ocoee, where Woods was treated after his car crash on November 27.

Officials have refused to name the patient, but there is speculation in the US that it is Woods’ mother-in-law Barbro Holmberg.

A Cadillac Escalade, with a registration similar to the one involved in the golfer’s accident last month, followed paramedics from the house. Sources spotted a woman who looked like Woods’ wife, Elin Nordegren, driving it at the hospital, according to Radar Online.

Orange County Fire Rescue spokeswoman Genevieve Latham said that the 911 call was made at 2.36am.

‘We responded to a medical call. A patient was transported,’ she said.

She refused to identify the patient or even confirm their gender, but US reports said she was middle-aged and had grey hair.

It was initially feared the woman was in grave danger as she was said to be on ‘advanced life support’ but later reports said she had already been released.

The circumstances of the 911 call, which comes after days of revelations about Woods’ private life, are not yet known.

Ms Holmberg and Woods’ mother Tida were thought to have been at his house in Windermere, near Orlando, on the night of his crash last month. The golfer and his wife have been in hiding since then as a flood of lurid claims about his alleged affairs began to emerge, but it is not known if their parents stayed on.

The tally of women linked to the superstar sportsman has now reached eight and includes a porn star. His lawyers are braced for more to emerge as they try to cash in.

Don’t look surprised Madonna, you are 51

She has made great efforts to look youthful in recent years.

But at 51, even Madonna cannot hide from the unflattering glare of a camera bulb.

Arriving for a film screening, the singer chose to wear oversized dark glasses despite the evening hour.

Pictured on the way out, she might have wished she had kept them on. A surprised look and arched eyebrows did not quite tally with a wrinkle-free forehead, making for a rather bizarre and unnatural appearance which was not helped by the fact that the skin around her eyes also appeared pulled taut.

Thick red lipstick, which seemed to have been hastily applied, served only to accentuate the uneven look of her mouth.

Susan Sarandon breaks the red carpet rule

Susan Sarandon looked elegant and chic at a movie premiere last night but broke the first rule of the red carpet by wearing flat shoes.

The 63-year-old looked glowing as she attended the US premiere of The Lovely Bones at Grauman’s Chinese Theatre in Hollywood.

But, after wearing towering heels at the world opening in London last month, she slipped on a pair of comfy blue flats. It had the unfortunate effect of making her appear a little flat-footed and failed to match the rest of her sexy-at-63 look.

Shimmering Victoria Beckham jets to London

Victoria Beckham made a typically glamourous entrance in London this morning after arriving on a flight from Los Angeles.

Wearing a silver lamé halterneck vest and matching cardigan from her fashion range, wet-look black leggings and a £415 pair of blue Yves Saint Laurent Trib Two platform heels, Posh looked more like she was going to a disco rather than boarding a 10-hour flight.
