Christmas Means Cuisinart

What’s hot for Christmas? For starters, ATL is your Cuisinart one-stop store and after our very cosy evening at East Strathmore Tuesday last, sipping rum-flavoured smoothies blended to order in the CBT PowerEdge 700 blender, and shrimps, chicken, rice and peas and plantains made right in front of our very eyes by Cuisinart executive chef Beth Gardner, it seems the Cuisinart Vertical Rotisserie, the FRC-800 Cuisinart Rice Plus Multi-Cooker with Fuzzy Logic Technology and the GR-4N Cuisinart Griddler are practical necessities for the modern household.

ATL Business Development manager Shelly Hendrickson, supported by her ever so charming and efficient team as well as the competent Star Bars staff, unveiled the latest kitchen gadgets that are so user-friendly and fabulous-looking that our kitchens suddenly appeared drab and our approach to meal planning completely outdated. For starters, how about knowing that when you get home at 7:00pm your rice and peas will be ready for eating? We kid you not, and there are more features associated with Cuisinart Rice Plus, like its built-in “brain” that senses fluctuations in cooking and automatically adjusts operation to ensure perfect results. There are pre-programmed settings for six types of rice including risotto and sushi rice, plus oatmeal, soup, steam, slow-cooking and more.

Automatically switches to Keep Warm after cooking is complete, for up to 24 hours

Makes up to 15lbs of cooked rice

Non-stick aluminium cooking pot.

Cuisinart Griddler

Handles everything from pancakes to sausages to grilled cheese steaks, hamburgers and panini.

PowerEdge 700 blender

Makes tasty smoothies, great drinks and gourmet soups and sauces.

Cuisinart Vertical Rotisserie

This sleek-looking rotisserie seals in nutritious juices and drains away unwanted fat for healthier meals.

To keep the temperature consistent, removable chrome insert reflects heat as the rotisserie turns and a three-hour countdown timer with auto-shut-off ensures perfect timing.

Cooks poultry, fish, vegetables, roasts and shish kebabs.

Accessories include:

o 8-piece skewer set

o Roasting rack

o Poultry tower

o Multipurpose basket

o Drip tray

o Roasts up to 8-pounds

o Non-stick interior

o Recipe book
