So, Beyoncé, which of those moves did Jay-Z teach you?

Dazzling: Beyoncé performed for hundreds of fans in Trinidad on Thursday night.

So, Beyoncé, which of those moves did Jay-Z teach you?

She has stunned audiences all over the world with her energetic and creative dance routines when she performs live.

But according to Beyoncé Knowles’ husband Jay-Z, he is the real choreographer behind the moves that have made his wife a global sex symbol.

While the singer performed for hundreds in Trinidad on Thursday night, her husband was a guest on Friday Night With Jonathan Ross following his appearance at The Brits last week.

And although he is generally reluctant to open up about his marriage, the hip-hop star spoke briefly about his wife.

When asked if he watches the Single Ladies star’s performances, the 40-year-old jokingly said: “She’s a magnificent performer. I steal routines from her. She steals from me.”

Referring to the 28-year-old’s chart-topping single Crazy in Love — on which he is featured — he added: “The ‘uh-oh’ dance — that was me.”

Knowing the hip-hop star seldom speaks about his relationship with his wife, presenter Ross pushed him for further details, asking if she had performed the now famous Single Ladies dance for him.

Again he joked: “I actually created that dance too — that was me again. I wouldn’t really tell anyone but you asked. I wouldn’t want to make myself seem more important.”

The rap star also spoke of his relationship with President Barack Obama saying: “I don’t want to overstate it. I know who he is. I’ve never been to the White House. I’ve been invited, but I’ve been on tour with this album.”

Ross and Jay-Z — whose real name is Shawn Carter — bantered about his still calling ‘P Diddy’ ‘Puff’ saying: “If he changes his name back, I’ll still be there.”

But regardless of who created her slick choreography, it is doubtful any fan in Trinidad was disappointed by Beyoncé’s performance.

J-Lo shows her best asset

She’s famed for having a more than ample derriere.

And on Saturday Jennifer Lopez proved she knows exactly how to make the most of her best asset.

Dressed in a skin-tight black, studded catsuit, the curvaceous singer showed off her voluptuous backside, confidently following the mantra: ‘If you’ve got it, flaunt it.’

The 40-year-old looked stunning as she performed her latest single, What Is Love, at the 2010 San Remo Festival in Italy.

She slipped in and out of costume changes — donning a glamorous military-inspired number — while energetically performing a string of her newest songs.

J-Lo took to the stage at the Ariston Theatre in San Remo to mark the fourth night of the festival, which is now in its 60th year.

Charlize puts her faith in Kabbalah

Charlize Theron has turned to Kabbalah after her split from Irish actor Stuart Townsend.

The Oscar-winning actress, 35, who raised eyebrows when she was spotted out on the town in LA with Quentin Tarantino last month, has begun attending Kabbalah classes and wearing the faith’s trademark red bracelet.

Insiders also say Charlize hopes some of Kabbalah’s famous devotees — who include Madonna and Demi Moore — will help boost her career.

“Charlize is wearing the thickest red bracelet, which helps ward off bad will,” says a source.

“Kabbalah is not just a religious interest for her — she also views it as a means to more of a social life and mixing with the Hollywood elite.”

007 The spy who wed me?

Bond star Daniel Craig is believed to have married in secret after he was spotted with a gold ring on his wedding finger.

His girlfriend of six years, Japanese-US film producer Satsuki Mitchell, 30, also had a ring on the third finger of her left hand.

A spokesman for Craig, 41, yesterday insisted that it was ‘a private matter’.

In the past, Craig has quashed rumours that he and Satsuki were engaged.

The wedding band was on display as he and Satsuki held hands when they left an Artists for Peace and Justice meeting in Brentwood, California. And millions saw his wedding band during the Help Haiti telethon appeal.

Rare: Jay-Z briefly spoke about his famous wife on the BBC1 show.
