Sentence reduction deal available throughout sitting of St Ann Circuit
ST ANN, Jamaica — Justice Sonya Wint-Blair, the presiding judge in the current sitting of the St Ann Circuit Court says that although Friday, February 8 was identified as sentence reduction day in the parish, everyday would be considered sentence reduction day, giving individuals the opportunity to plead guilty and receive reduced sentences
Wint-Blair said the court has been taking pleas and will continue to take pleas throughout the four week sitting. The circuit is scheduled to end on February 23.
