Gas prices down $2.73, diesel down $3.29
KINGSTON, Jamaica — Motorists should see a decrease at the pumps in the price of gasoline and diesel, effective today, according to the latest ex-refinery costs from Petrojam.
87- and 90-octane gasoline will be sold for $120.62 and $123.46 per litre, respectively, down by $2.73 each.
Automotive diesel fuel will be sold for $119.68 per litre following a decrease of $3.29 while ultra-low sulphur diesel is down by $3.13 and will be sold for $124.67 per litre.
Meanwhile, kerosene decreased in price by $3.05 and will be sold for $102.50 per litre. Propane liquid petroleum will be sold for $44.13 per litre, down by $0.89 and butane liquid petroleum will be sold for $45.89 per litre after an increase of $2.70.
Marketing companies and retailers will add their respective mark-up to these prices.
