Wheatley taken to hospital after car flips in Portmore

KINGSTON, Jamaica — Technology Minister, Andrew Wheatley and his driver were this morning taken to hospital following a three-vehicle crash in Portmore, St Catherine.

The crash happened shortly after 9:00 am at the four-way intersection of Waterford, Portsmouth, Passageforth, and Independence City.

Reports reaching the OBSERVER ONLINE are that the minister’s vehicle overturned before it was hit by two other vehicles.

There are no reports of serious injuries at this time.
