Body of baby found in bucket of water in St Ann

KINGSTON, Jamaica — Police are currently investigating the circumstances which led to the death of an infant in Bingham Hill district, Mount Moriah, St Ann on yesterday.

The infant has been identified as 9-month-old Lilly-Faith Williams.

Reports from the Cave Valley Police are that about 3:30 am Lilly-Faith was found inside the kitchen of her home, face down in a bucket of water.

The police were summoned and she was taken to hospital where she was pronounced dead.
