‘A fusion of Caribbean heritage and luxury’: Ted Green set to debut in Jamaica

Ted Green, a luxury fragrance brand capturing the essence of Caribbean sophistication, is set to debut in the Jamaican market this holiday season, it announced on Friday.

Created by perfumer Tedrick Green, who has Jamaican and Caymanian heritage, the brand first launched in the Cayman Islands and embodies a unique fusion of refined elegance with the Caribbean’s rich cultural legacy, the brand said in a release.

Known for its premium quality, Ted Green offers both personal and home scents, including perfumes, candles, and diffusers. Inspired by the designer’s deep-rooted connection to the region, each scent in the line is meticulously crafted, offering an olfactory experience that reflects the beauty and allure of the unique flora in the Caribbean, such as the Cayman Wild Banana Orchid, and the famed Fever Grass, the release stated.

Ted Green noted that its fragrances are crafted using the finest ingredients, selected to evoke the beauty, warmth, and vibrancy synonymous with Caribbean landscapes.

“Our brand is more than a scent; it’s an invitation to experience the Caribbean’s most authentic essence,” said Tedrick Green. “We are proud to introduce an authentic Caribbean luxury line that speaks to the refinement and culture of the islands.”

The release noted that the success of the brand in the Cayman Islands has underscored the demand for luxury Caribbean fragrances, with loyal clientele praising the unique and high-quality compositions. By expanding into Jamaica, Ted Green said it is thrilled to continue its mission of elevating Caribbean craftsmanship to a global standard, inviting Jamaicans to immerse themselves in the spirit of island elegance.

Ted Green will be available in Jamaica beginning this holiday season, with an official launch scheduled for late November and available at Bijoux retail shops thereafter.
