KINGSTON, Jamaica — Listeners are being invited to join Bob Marley’s Tuff Gong Radio (SiriusXM Ch 19) for a celebration honouring the late icon on his milestone 80th birthday.

The concert will be live from the Tuff Gong Studio in Kingston, Jamaica with special musical guests including Mortimer, Bugle, Kumar Fyah, Naomi Cowan, Quan Dajai, Kelly Shane, and Alexx A-Game.

SiriusXM Listeners can hear an exclusive preview of the “Uprising 80” tribute concert live on Bob Marley’s Tuff Gong Radio on Sunday, January 12 at 5:00 pm and 8:00 pm EST, with an encore presentation airing on Bob’s birthday February 6 at 5:00 pm EST.

The line-up blends experienced performers with up-and-coming acts, covering a broad spectrum of popular Jamaican music styles.

From the anointed sounds of Bugle to conscious crooners Kumar Fyah and Mortimer, Kelly Shane, as well as Naomi Cowan, Quan Dajai and Alexx A-Game, all of whom featured in the Bob Marley: One Love biopic released in 2024.
