BRIDGETOWN, Barbados (CMC) – Caribbean Community (Caricom) leaders Friday paid glowing tribute to their Trinidad and Tobago counterpart, Dr Keith Rowley, who was making his last appearance at a Caricom summit, after having announced his retirement from active politics after 45 years.
