Grace Honey Jerk Wings
Ingredients:
2 lbs chicken wings (cut and cleaned)
1.5 cups of all-purpose flour
4 ozs Grace Honey Jerk Seasoning
1 oz Grace All-Purpose Seasoning
1 oz Grace Ketchup
Oil for frying
Fresh herbs & lime for garnish
Method
1. Marinate wings in 1 ounce Grace Jamaican Honey Jerk Seasoning and Grace All Purpose Seasoning. Let sit for at least 15 minutes.

3. Place flour for dusting in a medium size bowl.
4. In a medium sized frying pan, fill with oil halfway and over medium heat.
5. Preheat to about 325 degrees Fahrenheit. (If there is no thermometer, test by placing a small amount of the flour in, and if it starts to bubble, the oil is ready.)
6. Place each wing into the flour and coat evenly.
7. When oil is ready, carefully place each wing gently into the hot oil (slowly, to ensure no splashing)
8. Fry wings for at least 7-8 minutes or until golden-brown and floating at the top of the oil.
9. Drain excess oil and toss in Grace Jamaican Honey Jerk sauce, sprinkle with fresh herbs
