The Jamaican leg of multi-hyphenate David Annakie’s milestone birthday celebration unfolded on the north coast last weekend. Annakie and guests popped up on Friday, August 22, with a bottle service busy club stop at Lounge 2727 in Montego Bay, followed by a red and white-themed private villa soirée in Ocho Rios on Saturday, and a sleek cruise on Sunday.

Annakie, known for extravagant experiences from his own impresario days at Fiction Fantasy night club in Kingston, expressed joy and appreciation at being able to share his 60th with his close friends. “Every year we choose a different country for my birthday celebrations and this year was special. While I may have a big public persona, I’m actually very private and all my guests were specially selected. It’s a time for us to have fun and celebrate life,” Annakie said.

Page 2 checked in for the highlights from the chic soirée at the luxurious Kai Ki Villa in Mammee Bay Estates. With tantalising bites from The Steakhouse on the Verandah, top-shelf pours and music from DJ Mario (and a guest stint from Richie D), guests partied till the wee hours.
