With over six paint brands — Berger, EdgeChem, Lanco, Painter’s Select, Sherwin-Williams, and the True Value-manufactured EasyCare — over 11,000 colours, and a paint bar that mixes just about any colour, H&L Rapid True Value remains one of Jamaica’s number one paint destinations. And with the optimal months to complete home DIY projects, renovations, or remodels already here, H&L Rapid True Value, on Sunday, October 12, partnered with Jamaica Observer Design Week Ja 2025 for ‘Bring Colour Home’, an exclusive paint-focused design experience held at the Lane Plaza outlet.
Colour expert Dawn Garrett led a masterclass, unpacking how colour makes people feel, how light affects colour, and how it creates mood. Guests also got inside knowledge of True Value’s 2026 colour story, and colour of the year, which, according to her, may or may not be muted greens: Bermuda Grass and Garden Sage!
