Worthy Cause Dancehall artiste Spice, through her Grace Hamilton Foundation, was in Westmoreland to help rebuild the community one house at a time, clearing blocked roads and delivering what she calls rebuilding “starter packages” — a combination of items like blocks, cement, steel, zinc, lumber, ply board, nails and hurricane straps.
